Effective July 1, 2024, Norton KDH’s Customer Service Team at the Business Operation Center (Downtown Madison – corner of Broadway and 5th Street) will no longer be able to assist with in-person billing inquiries or payments.

If you need assistance with your bill or need to make a payment by phone, call Customer Service at (812) 801-0161.

If you need to meet with someone in person to make a payment or to discuss your bill, please visit the main hospital campus (1373 E. State Road 62) to meet with a financial counselor. Financial counselors are located just inside the main (Hospital) entrance.

Hours for Customer Service and financial counselors will be Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
