Norton King’s Daughters’ Health provides home health and hospice services that allow patients to heal from an illness or injury, or manage a terminal illness, in the comfort of their own home.

Home Health Care

Our goal toward is to see patients thrive in a holistic healing environment where the mind, body and spirit are cared for with compassion and understanding. Nurses and therapists work closely with you and your loved one’s provider. Social workers are here to help you find answers to questions and assist you with handling insurance concerns.
Insurance note: Patients must be home-bound as required by Medicare and most private insurances in order to receive skilled home health care. Medicare requires a face-to-face meeting between the physician and patient 90 days prior to home health admission. Orders for home care services must be signed by a physician.

Hospice Care

We believe that patients should have a choice of where they receive care. Our approach to hospice care is centered around palliative (pain control and comfort) care. Hospice services grant patients the opportunity to spend more time with their families in the comfort of their own home.
